Solved Version:18.8.508 not popping

The older version would always pop but not take focus away, it seems the new version does not pop up unless you choose the option "Allow call pop-up to steal focus on incoming calls"

The problem with this when typing if you press enter you answer the calls, or it takes you away from the current application you are working on.

To add it only happens for me on windows 11 but some customers are having it on Windows 10

Is this a bug or a way around this?

This is actually by design and expected behavior. If the user does not want it to pop up and steal focus there still is the ringing that will notify the user of the incoming call, and there even is a visual indication due to the flashing taskbar icon.

It is indeed, can you check exactly what version of the Desktop App you're running on an affected PC?

I am on the latest version.

I have figured out how it pops if you close the dial pad then click X it closes then the next call pops up, but if you minimize it will not pop. This is having the allow pop-up unchecked.
