Version 20 Install Error

I have created backups and uninstalled version 18 for 5 locations. 3 locations install version 20 correctly and 2 are giving me the error "An Installation process is already running from another connection. Only one client session is allowed to launch and finalize the 3CX installation process." I have used Revo to uninstall, rebooted. Not sure what else to do now. These are newish Windows 11 systems. All 5 are the same. Unfortunately, I cannot go back to version 18 because all 5 locations are bridged and 3 are now on 20. What next?

I created a new setupconfig file for the install and installed 3CX that way then restored from backup once 3CX was installed and that worked for one of the locations. The second location now gets an error saying i tried to many certificate requests. How long does that take to reset? If i change the FQDN and create a new setup config file, will the restore from backup work? Will it then break all my bridge connections to that location?

If you use a unmodified backup with the former FQDN: no.
If you modify the backup (replace FQDN in the xml and all other files and use only the new one): yes.

Will it then break all my bridge connections to that location?

If you modify the FQDN in the 5th 3CX successful to the new one, all slave bridges to this 3CX will not work. They should also adjusted. Split DNS and likely all telephony devices using the 5th version of 3CX should also be adjusted.

So not 34 hours? This is what i found on LE's website

Limit
Up to 5 certificates can be issued per exact same set of identifiers every 7 days. This is a global limit, and all new order requests, regardless of which account submits them, count towards this limit. The ability to request new certificates for the same exact set of identifiers refills at a rate of 1 certificate every 34 hours.
