Your phone FW is not supported for use with V15.5 it is for V16 Sp2, this is why you got this red message.

why not upgrading PBX to V16 ? if so your firmware will be up to date

Hi John,

You will either have to install the firmware that your PBX provides, or upgrade to a newer version of the PBX.

Select the phone, and click the +Firmware button to install the correct version.

What do you mean ? you don't want to upgrade to V16 SP2 because you have support on V15.5 ?

If you are on paid licence with support you have free access to V16 upgrade, What is your actual licence, STD ? PRO? ENT? annual? permanent? how many SC?

The T19P E2 is supported on V15.5SP6 and on V16SP2

Each of the PBX versions support a different firmware level.
