In the previous version when you exported a . CSV file in the column called "SrvcAccessPwd" you could see the password of the user to log in to the WebClient.
Now this option appears blank.

Could someone help me to know where I can find the default password?
I understand that with the current update, I now need to set up a new password.
But I need the default passwords.

Thanks for your help.

It's hashed in the DB, you can't see it anymore in an export.

But, now how can I enter a user's WebClient remotely, if I can't get the access password anymore?

I need to do a profile photo update and I need to do it on my side.
I hope you can help me.

Best Regards

Change their email address to yours, send welcome email, update the address back.

Or login to their mailbox and get the welcome email..

I had thought of something like that.

But there are around 80 users that I need to work with.
Either way, I think that would be the best option.
Thank you for all your help.

Hi,
How about the Welcome email ?
