Video auto preview no working on 3CX.

Hi.

Is it possible to enable video preview before picking up? I am using Grandstream GVX3380 IP phones and Grandstream Weave softphones. Auto Preview ("Configures whether to turn on video to preview the video of the caller") is turned on.

Auto preview works fine on direct IP calling (without SIP server), as well as on Asterisk based SIP servers. Only on 3CX caller preview does not show up (i am using 3CX cloud instance).

No, there's no way unfortunately. 3CX removes the Call-Info from the SDP so the video feed isn't detected by the GXV until someone picks it up.
