I've searched the forums and did not find an answer to this.
I am not sure if this is currently even possible, so maybe this is some kind of feature request.
A customer of mine is currently building a new office and wants to implement touchscreens as a custom built doorbell (actually lots of extra functions but one should be doorbell).
So our Idea was to add lots of "call us" buttons via the click2call integration (html generator version), calling the various companys which have rented an office in the building.
Basically everything works fine. Just three things which are not so sweet currently:
1. We would like to initiate a video call via a button. Currently it's a voice call, which can be switched to a video call afterwards. (which works fine, but is not very handy.) I don't know if that's somehow possible with the current setup? So what we wish for is a "Call us via Video" Button, without the chatting stuff.
2. We would like to use the various company logo's as the icon for every button, is this somehow possible?
3. When someone rings at the door, the callee currently sees: "WebVisitor: "Call Group"". Is it possible to get rid of the "WebVisitor:" and/or replace it with some custom text?
