Dear all,
I'm experimenting with a Fanvil i10V video intercom to obtain video calls. It is updated to the latest firmware 1.2.7. I know 3CX supports H.264 videocalls only through WebClient for now.
When I call a Webclient extension from the intercom, while both are connected to the same local network, the video from the intercom is immediately displayed in the webclient.
However when the laptop is connected to the office Wi-Fi, the video feed doesn't show up anymore, just a black rectangle. Audio works fine.
I tried to connect my laptop through the Internet via mobile hotspot, and the videocall works. So it looks like it's a firewall/router issue.
However I have no idea which port forwarding is required, if any. 3CX server is running on its own AWS instance with public static IP address.
I assume the two clients would communicate directly each other once the communication is established by the 3CX server, thus no port forwarding should be required.
Do you have any advice?
With regards
Niccolo
