Hello,

I could not manage to make video calls via extarnal VOIP provider. It seems that 3CX system modifies the SDP and removes the video line. But there is no problem with the internal video calls, it works perfectly.

Do you have any idea how to resolve this?

Hi

By default all VOIP Providers are set to 'PBX delivers audio' enabled. This causes the 3CX Media server to kick in, and this will not handle Video.

You will need to DISABLE 'PBX delivers audio' and enable 'Supports Reinvites'. Assuming your provider does actually support re-invites the conversation (RTP) should now take place between end points.

Please note that this is untested and not supported as yet. Please advise the outcome.

Hello,

Thanks, it is worked.

It is also nice to have a video enabled receptionist, i think it is not posible right now?

Hi

Not at this point :) A video call will lose the image once the call is put on hold / resume, based t a DR or any aspect that involves the media server.
