Video Door Entry

Hi

Looking for recommendations if I may from anyone who has had success with a video doorphone, calling a video enabled deskphone.

The doorphone also needs to have a kepad for code entry and to be able to control a relay.
Customer wants to answer the video call on a video deskphone, and also in the webclient and mobile apps.

The Customer is looking at a Paxton door entry unit which says 3CX compatible in the data sheet, but does not mention video specifically

Any advice appreciated!

I've set up Fanvil door phones with Fanvil X5 (TBC).

Basically any phone that can receive video.

Fanvil have some cool touch screen phones too like I51W.

I use a Fanvil i32V and i16V video intercoms, with Fanvil X7 desk phones, webclients and i52W's all fairly successfully, however if the intercom utilizes H.264 you will not be seeing the video on mobile devices.

No, luckily I didn't need this requirement.

You can configure the video preview of Fanvil i52W. Then you will see who is in front of your door before you answer the call.

It looks from the forum that folk have been asking for H.264 support for Windows and mobile clients for about 5 years. Looks like we will have to select a different PBX
