We use a Grandstream GDS3710 doorphone. I was testing the 3CX hosted version with it and when the doorphone was connected to our IOS app, we got a question if we wanted to see the video.
That worked pretty well.
Back home to our self hosted (V20 too) we don't get the same video option popup. I assume it needs some tweaking in our self hosted version but no idea what/where. I did compare settings and they are identical between the two versions as far as I can see (codecs etc)
Anybody got it working with self hosted?
I know there was an issue with H264 in the past but since it works in the hosted version, I see no reason why it would not work on our own system.
