Solved View all Extensions in manager view 3cx Desktop App

I have a user who cannot see any of her colleagues stats in manager view (general Tab) only her own (Ext 102)
Im not sure where else to check as have looked at extension profiles side by side. Those who can see all extension stats are not managers.
Im hoping its a simple thing ive missed!

Her Extension properties etc are the same as the their extensions

It would appear that you are not a queue manager of "General" so you cannot see the the calls.

By manager, I mean in the queue settings here:

I checked all the other manager options apart from that!
