View caller name in queues missed call email notifications

Hi!!

I activated the notification email for missed calls FOR THE QUEUES

I tried to customize the email without success: I can't get the CALLER NAME to be entered but only the caller's number (of course: the number and the name are in the address book....)

This means that it becomes complex if I have to understand if someone has already recalled a subject...

I tried with %%partyname%% and with %%callername%%

The name appears on the phone screen and on the PC and mobile apps at the time of the call...

For each email template there also specific variables that can be used. For the missed calls the available variables can be found below:

Perfect but..... On the template for ",missed call " I find caller name but I cant find on "Lost call,"

it is curious that it is not foreseen for queues

In the guideline you may also see for the Queue Lost the variables:

%%QUEUENUMBER%% The Queue Number

%%QUEUENAME%% Name of the Queue

%%CALLER%% Caller ID

it would be useful to enter the "caller name" in the fields. it is the first request that all customers have made to me as soon as the notification emails have been activated. I recognize that for many users it is strange to have caller names in the address book but "not so strange...:
