View only extension contact for certain groups

Hello,


After a Sales force integration, we have all external contact displayed on all IP Phones (Snom 760).

Is there a way to display those external contact for a certain group of people, and have only extensions displayed for the others ?

Hello @Michael_iAdivze,

Unfortunately that's how the integration works. Contacts are retrieved from Salesforce and inserted as 3CX Contacts. Then, all the extensions will see the contact name when they call in...

Isn't there a way to at least not see the contact in the phone directory ?
It takes quite a while to scroll through all the contacts

No, all the contacts are listed. Also, you can filter / search for contacts.

You have a search bar on top of the contacts, you can filter them from there.

I was asking for on the phone, since the contact list got really huge people have to scroll down a lot.
