Viking PA-IP Adapter

I am trying to instal a Viking PA-IP paging Adapter onto my 3CX system in the cloud. We have the \
server listed as:customer.3cx.us
authentic ID is blank
username: cut from 3cx and pasted
password: cut from 3cx and pasted

We are getting a "not registared invlid user ID code 404"
I am wondering what i am missing, Viking support was helpful but didn't have 3CX experence.

You need to fill in the authentic id - see https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/akuvox-door-phone.76047/

You also need to untick under options - ‘allow stun connections’ (cannot remember the full text)

Check the 3cx blacklist and remove any entries

Auth ID and Password should be copied from your extension, and Username will be the extension number (ie. 100)
