If you don't know what are these, I recommend you don't play with them.

WAN VLAN: for the LAN port of the phone.
PC VLAN: for the PC port of the phone.

Priority is not needed in most cases. If using LLDP/CDP, you don't need to use this setting.

You can use 802.1p (priority settings) and 802.1q VLAN's for network segregation. As with the above you need to know what you are doing on a networking level to achieve this as it can cause some issues on the networking side if you configure things incorrectly.

while in some scenarios these settings are needed, i agree with the above, dont touch unless you are absolutely familiar with vlan tagging, you are better off looking in your switch for LLDP/auto voice vlan, etc, if you even need a separate vlan....
