VLC RTP Multicast Not working...

I tried following the instructions in this post:

But my VLC Media Player says:
URIs cannot work with dynamic rtp payload format (9)

I don't really know what this means and I was hoping someone could shed a little light as to what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Since that post is 7 years old - I'm sure VLC has changed a bit. I think you are missing the CODEC.
You do not show the command line you are using to play the file so its hard to know for sure.
