How is that possible?

Can Vmail be replaced by Vmail? What can cause this "magic transfer" ?

Is your extension 101 also the operator extension?

Yes it is. Transfer back on busy?

As i can see you have also opened a ticket to the Technical Support. I have provided the answer there, however pressing * in the voicemail is expected to route to the operator extension.
