Voice flow and 3CX server

Hello,

I've deployed the 3CX product and it works fine.
When I make an IP call (I mean between two different softphones registered to the same 3CX server), all the media flow (RTP packet) go through the 3CX server even if the softphones support the same codecs.
Is there a way to prevent this behavior ?

Short description of my configuration:
STUN disable
Re-invite disable
The softphones and the 3CX server are in the same network LAN.

Enable re-invites and uncheck "PBX delivers audio" for all extensions.
