Voice mail going straight to "Record your message..."

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help?

I have 3CX Phone 6.0.20943.0 and when I click the little flashing voice mail button on the main screen it dials my extension and goes straight to "record your message and press # etc" and that's it, no option for listening to voice mails.
Any ideas?

It shouldn't be dialling your extension number, it should be dialling the Voicemail system number (999, or whatever you've changed it to).
