Voice Mail

how I can listen the received voice mail, I used 3CX with X-lite and 3CX call Assistant.

If you havent changed it, dial 999 or 9999(if using 4 number extension) , voice mail then will ask to input your extension number and voice mail password. If this doesnt work, try to go general setting on the Web admin page and see the voice mail number there, also go to your extension settings and change your password for one of your own.

If using default setting & 3 digits for extensions:
Dial 999 then follow the voice menu

If using default setting & 4 digits for extensions:
Dial 9999 then follow the voice menu
