Is there any way to see how many voice mails are in a users box and if they are heard or unheard?

The brute-force approach to getting the number of voicemails would be to count the files in the folders with an extension of .WAV. But to get heard/unheard would require some code.

Alternatively, you might consider looking at our 3CX Voicemail Manager tool that can provide counts for you.
