Voice Recording Path Name

Hello everyone,

I have a dialer. This dialer making call to outbound number. Actually it works properly, but I have a problem. If my extension uses windows client (softphone), recording path will have outbound called number and If my extension uses android client (3cx app), recording path will not have outbound called number, it will have MakeCall instead. You can see 4 recording below. First 2 used windows client (softphone). other used android client (3cx app). I don't want MakeCall text. How can I do that?

I'm afraid that the behavior you are experiencing is inevitable due to the way the call is performed when using a dialer in combination with the internal workings of the 3CX Android and 3CX iOS apps.

Actually, @Alp Batuhan, are you using the Webclient to control your mobile app?

I use the iOS app frequently and never seen this in my recordings.
