Voiceflex SIP trunks

I have the 3CX working fine with Sipgate and Draytel SIP trunks, also 2 analogue PSTN lines via a Patton 4112. I also have 2 Voiceflex trunks and cannot get them working for inbound calls, outbound is fine. Some log entries below that may help.

My first post so apologies if I am missing somthing silly.

Any help gratefully received.

Make Source identification rule for it:
Contact: Host/Port = Custom field 146.101.248.200:5060

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried this, still no inbound calls fron Voiceflex.

Has anyone got Voiceflex trunks working with the 3CX?

No, still the same IP still the same problem.

I am fighting another issue at the moment, every time the server reboots the db server logon stops working and the db service will not start. Think I have fixed this now, I have created an active directory account for "phonesystem_3cx_", reset the permissions on the DB folder and used the AD account for the db service logon credentials. Now OK after startup.

I'll now get back to the Voiceflex issue.

You will have to do some tweaking to make an unsupported provider work. Therefore to save time, just use a supported VOIP provider...

Thanks for the suggestion but as a Voiceflex reseller I have a vested interest in making this work. Voiceflex & Gamma are 2 of biggest providers of SIP trunks in the UK so I would have thought that it was also in 3CX's interest to work with these providers and get them to the status of "supported provider".
