After doing the service pack update today, I noticed that every phone in the office had a new voicemail indicator. Every one of our extension's voicemail box was filled with unread voicemails. These voicemails were previously listened to and marked as read, so why are they suddenly "NEW" voicemails after doing the update?

Thanks,
Christopher

Ideally some log will be helpful. Open a ticket so we can check the logs. I tried it out and did not replicate.
You can also check why from 3CX System Service log.

Hi Michael,

I checked the Event Log and the Activity log but did not see anything related. Is the "3CX System Service log" something different? If so, can you please point me to where I can find this log.

Furthermore, I checked the 3CX app and a lot of my voicemails show as read with the phone #, date/time and caller ID info as it correctly should, but the app also shows a bunch of my voicemails as unread all the way at the bottom and they all have a date/time of 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/F5lSnPciIqzp I checked with my employees and they are experiencing the same.

Thanks,
Christopher

Can you post another screenshot of how this file is actually saved? Go to voicemail path and put a screenshot of how it is saved.

Also attach the xml file let me see it please.

Looks like provider/gateway is not sending anything in From:Display Name nor From:User Part.

Without logs cannot investigate further. You can pm with logs if you want.

Hi Michael,

Here is how the file is saved: http://screencast.com/t/R5phabzZsjV

Here is the XML after the upgrade:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<VOICEMSG>
<FILE DURATION="0" CALLER="unknown" CALLER_NAME="">vmail_9549684700_205_20160510192803.wav</FILE>

<NOTIFIED>20161013123159.61</NOTIFIED>
<HEARD>20161014205818.464</HEARD>
</VOICEMSG>

I do weekly backups of my server, and here was the XML 3 days before the upgrade:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
