We are showing a 6 hour offset between the Voicemail recording timestamp of 2:24PM and Email timestamp of 8:24PM. 3CX system time is set to Central Time. I assume the Email Timestamp is grabbing UTC. I see threads on this from Dec 2021 where this was Id'd as the email template time field grabbing UTC by default instead of 3CX customer site timezone. Maybe this reverted back? This site is 3CX hosted.

Hi

The time stamp of the actual vmail wav file sent via email should still be in UTC.

Hi

Thank you. Just confirming. Vmail wav file sent via email is time stamped UTC BY DESIGN.

Thanks for the reply. Correct, this is by design. Although note that the email itself will list the actual time the vmail was left, in your time.

Here is an example:
Received:"Friday, February 17, 2023 9:36:53 PM"
Duration:"00:00:08"
File:"vmail_7101_101_20230217193653" the actual file name is in UTC 19:36:53
