Voicemail blast to all extensions

I have a client who would like to record a single voicemail and have it distributed to ALL extensions. Any thoughts on if this is possible?

There is group voicemail for ring groups and queues. https://www.3cx.com/docs/group-voicemail/ There may also be a third party add-on, that will do this.

Can you replace the "record_your.wav" file with the message you want (see Settings -> System Prompts - RECYA)? If you do not select a custom WAV in the user, this message is played. I think they are stored: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Ivr\Prompts\

How would that get distributed to all of the extensions as a message?
All this does is change the words "Record Your"
But the person at the desk with the phone will not hear this unless they call an extension...

Oops... I was thinking of the message WAV for busy or no answer... Not spamming every user's voice mail with the same message! And, it would have been "record_your_message.wav", if that was what Advanced39 was wanting.

Advanced39, now that I have properly read your inquiry... I have not been able to find a way to record a voice message that sends to every selected phone. That being said...

1) Is everyone using the 3CX application or web login? Chat is a great way to reach many people. I have found that not everyone in the office uses the application or even notices a 3CX chat when they get one.

2) Email: I am sure there is a reason the person wants everyone to hear the audio message over a typical email, so... How about setting the person up to get an email of their voice messages with the attached WAV file, and then forwarding that to everyone via email?

That is what I came up with before calling it a day. If I come up with a better idea in the morning, I'll be sure to add something.
