Hi
I am using 3CX (great product!) with a Linksys SPA3102 in the UK with BT. All works great except for a minor caller ID problem with voicemail.
BT sends the caller ID in the format 0xxxx-xxxxxxx or 0xxx-xxxxxxxx or 020-xxxxxxxx (a dash between the area code and phone number). If the call gets forwarded to email, the caller ID is stored with the dash. The filename in the email attachment shows the dash.
When listening to voicemails through the phone, only the area code is read out for the caller ID. The part after the dash is not read.
Is there a way to strip the dash from the caller ID, either through 3CX or the SPA3102? If not, is it possible to get a fix in the next release of 3CX?
Thanks in advance.
Wayne
