Voicemail disabled greeting

Is there any way to change the message when voicemail is disabled on an ext? We would something a little less jarring than the message' voicemail is disabled for this ext' perhaps something along the lines of, the person you are calling is unavailable. please try later....

Perhaps no other way than duplicate directives , record new message in same name wav file , apply directive copy to 3cx , restart services to run with the new settings
