Voicemail Disabling itself

I am having issues for the last couple of days with my voicemail disabling itself. I can go in and set STOP_VM back to 0 and it will work for a few hours. I have restarted the server and services. It continues to disable itself. I dont see anything in event logs. I am on version 16.0.6.641

What are your voicemail settings under Settings - Voicemail Settings. Have you created an extension the same as the voicemail extension number

On the screenshot, you have a the 'System Extensions' is red, you need to investigate this

What other parameters have you changed.

You may have helped me out. I didnt have the auto cleaning turned on.

Yes, you range out of space, I would also enable 'Email Notification'.

As the server has enough space, you could increase the space limit
