What is your voicemail "extension number". A call is placed to Ext 1101 from 1002 but I don't see it passing on to a voicemail number. Are all of your extensions "remote" from the 3CX install? The IP's have me a bit puzzled.

Hi EXT 1101 is the voicemail extension, the network that the Phones are on is a live ip network as we have multiple locations set up and users can just take there phone and move around to different locations. Even if i register a phone on the local network i still have trouble.

What type of system (server, PC, operating system) are you running 3CX on?
