VOICEMAIL DOES NOT WORK

What is the point of adding voice mail feature if it is not functional. Can anyone confirm for me if they have gotten the voice mail to work with Eyebeam. This is ridiculous.

VOICE mail

The voice mail system is fully functional. However, you are using a SIP phone which generates the DTMF in a way that the voice mail currently does not understand. We are working to fix this.
