Voicemail for this extenstion is Disabled

Hello,

I have many queues which forward calls to voicemail after some seconds. Today I have made changes that instead of calls going to the queue voicemail, i have created other extensions with custom greetings. After this, all my voicemail forwarding does not work anymore.

All forwardings to voicemail play Voicemail Disabled for this extension.

p.s: If i call the extension directly, it allows me to save the voicemail, the issue is on forwarding from queue to voicemail

Can you please elaborate on how the "other extensions" differ from the original voicemail destination you had created.
