Hi all,
I'm trying to quickly change the voicemail greeting message for all 500+ of our 3CX users. (As I don't want it to mention ''press Star to talk to an operator'')
I've done the following but the greeting message will still not change...
- Copied the standard system prompts and renamed, made that new set of prompts the 'Active' one.
- Replaced the 'RECYAMSG' msg with my own, downloaded it and played it just to double check it had uploaded properly.
- Quickly edited all users so that their 'Voicemail Language' is the new prompt set that I've renamed and edited.
- Restarted all services.
- Rebooted our Azure server.
Still nothing, if I call anyone and it goes to voicemail it will still play the standard 3CX greeting.
Any ideas at all?
