VOICEMAIL LENGTH

I am having issues with voicemail length, it seems each voicemail can only have a maximum length of 62 seconds, is this true?, or is something wrong in my system, I tried it internally extension to extension many times after a few clients told me it only recorded part of their message then said press 0 to save, etc. etc., thanks in advance for your support, jay
