Voicemail - Server Failure

Hi,

Everytime I transfer a call to voicemail, it just says, server failure and ends the call.

Anyhelp would be appreciated!

If you use IIS have a look into the web config.
I have found that something in IVR wouldn't work if you speciy the IP address to serve.
Leave IP undeined, i.e. it will serve all requests for localhost.
That fixed my prob with IVR
