Voicemail setup

Hi guys. I am running 3cx phone system server with a couple Cisco 504Gs attached.

I was wondering how I change the voicemail recording, or where I can find a link to the whole process.

I basically just need to know if I needed to record a sound file, and then how do I upload the sound file, and would yy be similar to making sound files with the extension names for people to hear as menu choices. Thanks!

The way most people do it is through the Voicemail menu after dialling the access number and entering their PIN (if PIN access is enabled).

The best way to change the voicemail recording is to enter the PIN to access the settings. You will hear the voice prompt on how to change the voicemail recording of ur phone.
