VoiceMail Stopped Working

Without touching on any defeinition on server beside the fact i added 1 more extension, now, everytime i call to voice mail i get either this

11:54:12.218 MediaServerConnected [CM112000] Media Server is connected
11:54:12.218 ListenConnect [CM114000] SL: connected estacao-server:0/MediaServer at [estacao-server:0]/MediaServer
11:53:12.093 StratInOut:nCancel [CM104009] Call(4): Call from Ext.9000 to 9999 has been terminated
11:53:12.093 ListenDisconnect [CM114001] SL: disconnected estacao-server:0/MediaServer at [estacao-server:0]/MediaServer
11:53:09.312 CallConf:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(4): Incoming call from 9000 (Ext.9000) to sip:[email protected]


or this

12:12:24.562 StratInOut:nCancel [CM104009] Call(7): Call from Ext.9000 to 9999 has been terminated
12:12:24.562 MediaServerReporting::InitEndPoint EP 00000002@ is not found.
12:12:24.546 MediaServerReporting::SetRemoteParty Endpoint 00000002@ is not found!

12:12:24.546 MediaServerReporting::RTPSender EP 00000002@ is not found to join call 7

This ever happened to anyone? when it acts up like shown on first log it makes the Media server service stop working
Im runnning server on 2k3 server

Well, reinstalled the aplication, restored from the backup and its all working now... off thing is this happened without touching anything... anyways, its working
