I have a V18 instance hosted on Azure, has all the latest offered updates installed (with the exception of V20). Last week voicemails stopped being emailed, instead the voicemail indicator on the phones started flashing instead. This has happened organisation wide for around 40 extensions yet the settings page is still showing as send via email and delete from voicemail box for all affected extensions I have found so far.
Has anyone seen this before? I am having to get everyone to go in to listen to them as I don't want them to be deleted if I cycle the config settings or bounce the server.
