Voicemail to Extension

I have DIDs setup for everyone extension, but I was wondering if someone doesn’t answer their phone in their voicemail can they say “if the matter requires immediate attention, please press {number}" and it goes to our receptions extension?

If they press *, it should route to the reception extension while in voicemail.

If you listen to the default voicemail message , you may hear something similar to 'press * to reach operator'

This is the default, and the call will go to the extension configure Settings - Configure PABX - Operator Extension

I suggest you change the default message to reflect your requirements
