3CX this is getting ridiculous I'm stuck in limbo with clients using the Transcription Service. All of them already have office 365 / Azure subscriptions now you are telling me we have to open google accounts not really going to fly with majority of my base

Microsoft did provide for a migration path

They definitely don't turn off services with out amble notice

3CX customers have had this functionality and we I try to bring up new locations now, only older locations can have voicemail transcription. in 15.5 is say get bing speech key click here then it kicks me to google instructions at least patch software to be consistent in description

Please note that we received the notice from Microsoft that the Bing Speech API will be retired the same day they retired the service for new costumers. Existing users can still use the service but Microsoft will not accept new subscriptions.
In V16 the PBX will use Google cloud speech to text for voicemail transcription.
