Solved Voicemail Transcription (BUG OR WHAT ELSE?)

Hello!

After updating 3CX to v15.5.0 I've noticed that at the end of each text transcription the following text is added:

subscripion control (exactly with the spelling mistake)

I assume it's a 3CX problem. Anyone noticed this issue ?

We do not have this issue. Go into "Settings > Email", click Email Templates tab, find the Voicemail template and edit as needed. I personally like the transcript to be at the top so this is how I have mine set.

Transcription:

I wouldn't worry - it doesn't work very well anyway. Or perhaps it's just Scottish accents it can't handle

I agree. It's useless, at least for us, but funny function even if with poor transcription for some languages....

About the "subscripion control" I assume that's a 3CX error because the spelling mistake... but maybe it's from Azure. At this point... who cares! ;-)

after doing some debugging I have discovered that the problem was generated by my SMTP tracking...

Problem solved. Not a 3CX issue.
