I am having issues accessing an extensions voicemail. When the user presses on the voicemail button on the phone we get an error. Voicemail not found. When I do it on all other phones I get prompted as normal for their pin. I've tried reprovisioning the phone, rebooting, removing any forwarding on the phone.

When you call the phone you get the recorded voicemail when the user doesn't pick up.

Any suggestions or thoughts?

Reprovision the phone again. Sometimes the users press things and it changes the voicemail extension to be wrong.

Thanks for the idea Jon, however, I tried reprovisioning from the 3cx portal and via the phone and neither case worked. Should I unistall and reinstall the phone?

While I was typing my last idea, I copied all the needed information MAC, Ext, Phone, User etc. Deleted and recreated it.

You haven't mentioned what firmware version you are running, or what 3CX version you are running, but I can confirm that with the latest version of 3CX V18.0.3.461 and Yealink T42S firmware 66.86.0.5 the voicemail button works.

I suggest you upgrade, and then factory reset and reprovision the phone. Everything you need is here:

@JohnS, Thanks I keep it up to the latest firmware for all my devices. My final post fixed it as well. Thank you.
