VoiceStick configuration

Hi,
Can you help me with the configuration for VoiceStick Voip provider? Im able to connect using SJphone but cannot connect using 3cx.

Any ideas or people using it?

Im using this:
Registrar/Proxy Hostname or IP: i2telecom.com
Outbound Proxy Hostname or IP: 206.165.50.116
both Ports: 5060
Stun server: blank
user: 1xxxxxxx (my number)
and my password

when i use this exact configuration on the sjphone, it works, and when conecting on the 3cx it states:
ClientRegs:nFailure [CM113006] Registration of sip:[email protected] has failed; reason=SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Have you checked the firewall on both the 3CX machine and at the router?
