Voip Innovations Caller ID Name

Hello All,

I have multiple 3cx v15.5 systems using Voip Innovations as the sip provider. Inbound and outbound calls work with no issues. I do have issues with Caller ID name inbound and outbound, caller ID number seems to work fine.I have contacted Voip Innovations and they said they can see that they are sending the Caller ID name. Would anyone have a template with the correct inbound and outbound parameters that need to be set? I am currently using the generic template as Voip Innovations is not a supported provider.

As far as outbound name...did you confirm with them that they allow it? Many provider don't accept a name that you send.

You setup the outgoing caller id name here: https://backoffice.voipinnovations.com/DIDs/BulkCID.aspx I am unaware of other way of altering outgoing caller id names with voipinnovations.

Outbound CNAM is not sent by pbx. As stated above, you usually set this via your provider portal, if they support it.
