3cx has removed voip Innovations as a partner after the aquisition by Sangoma. Sounds like the Dumbest Idea ever 3cx. Rather that continuing to support a huge Sip provider you are going to push your customers to a different system. This seems to be the general route and Consensus of 3cx in general. We lose more clients trying to use 3cx since they wont fix minor fundamental issues.

We're using VI as our provider still with no issues. Do you have more information on the subject?

Do you run a business? If so, do you install competitor's products? 3CX isn't stopping you from using VoIP Innovations, just like they aren't stopping you from using any other unsupported provider. They just aren't going to advertise for a competitor. And there are plenty of other supported providers, and larger ones if the size of the provider matters more than the support.

I think what @cobaltit said covered me 100%.
The only thing that has changed is that as far as support goes, if you ever have some problem (which I hope you don't) you will have to work with VI to resolve it instead of the 3CX Support Team.
