Inbound call getting a fast busy signal. I"m pretty sure it is a carrier issues.
This is very hard to troubleshoot. But this is what I find out so far.
We multiple on permise 3cx running on debian and 2 hosted 3cx. What they all have in comment is using voip.ms siptrunk. For whatever the siptrunk are not coming in and are getting a fast busy. Something hang on the 3cx side or voip.ms. or maybe a keep alive issues with the sip provider?
I login to the carrier side and the sip registratioin showing registered and GREEN
I login to the 3cx side and under sip registration the connection showing registered and GREEN.
So if anyone using voip.ms and experience this issues. please let me know how you resolve this.
This is what i have done to resolve it.
1. reboot the server or
2. restart all 3cx services or
3. change sip register to something else and save it and change sip register back and save it and it started working again.
So I think it got something to do with the sip registration. I'm not 100% sure, but seeing all this 3cx having the same issues at the same time. telling me its a carrier issues. I contacted the carrier, did you guy update anything or any issues lately? they says NO issues. So i don't know what to do except to try another sip provider and see if this resolve the issues.
Any ideas or advise on how to troubleshoot this more please let me know.
thank you
