Voip.ms sub-accounts and the underscore "_" character

Hello,

I'm trying to create sub-accounts with voip.ms, so as to not have to create multiple separate accounts. 3CX however, under "external number" on voip provider configuration tells me that the underscore "_" is an invalid character. Anyone that can help, it would be really appreciated.

I am having the same problem with my 3cx setup as well, Have anybody have answer yet ?

I recently added a VoIP.ms account to my system. The external number field does not need to be your exact account id as far as I can tell, I left out the underscore and it works fine for me. The Authentication ID field accepts the "_" character so I entered my full VoIP.ms account ID with underscore in there.

I haven't noticed any issues receiving or sending out calls on that sub account.
