Hi everyone,
We want to find a VoIP provider in Dubai to purchase a number that supports 3CX. The regulations there are very restricted and it's been months now that we are trying to find a solution.
We need to be able to make calls to our clients in Dubai only and they must see our company's name when we call them.

Is there anyone based in EU that managed to find a solution for this? Our 3CX instance is based in Europe and we want to add this number with under our 3CX instance, or maybe we can open a 3CX instance in Dubai and bridge it somehow with ours.

Thank you in advance!

To do it legally you need to first get an physical office in Dubai, then a connection with SIP trunk, then a VPN back into your cloud instance. no way around it, legally anyway.

Thank you for your response Nick. Yes we have a legal office there, that’s why we need the number.
So, the only way for this to work is to get a SIP Trunk there and add it on a 3CX instance there and then connect it through VPN to ours?

Yes, Dubai numbers are strictly controlled. There are some voip providers that might give you a number but price will be very high and its illegal.

Yes, if you have the legal trade license in UAE, with physical office location, you can apply for the SIP trunk from local ISPs. then you can connect that through the gateway to on-premise 3CX or other 3CX instance. and you should have a Internet package also to connect on-premise device to outside. In this region all the telecom providers provide SIP Trunk in private network over fiber which is isolated from Internet. so there is no way to directly link the local landlines to the any cloud platforms.
We provides telephony solutions for offices and branch connectivity. so I thought to share the scenario, may help full to you.

Thank you.

Thank you for your reply Elil.
We already applied for a SIP Trunk from DU and I will setup a PC with 3CX in our office there and then bridge it with our 3CX instance.

Hai,
Du SIP Trunk works on IP so bit easy. if you setup a SBC it will directly connect to SIP Trunk to your 3CX(Through VPN tunnel)

Thank you

Oh okay! Thank you Elil for the information. It is very useful to know that.

If you need supply and configuration of SBC locally let me know. (e.g DINSTAR SBC10Chennel).

Dear Sir, And how to call from Saudi Arabia to Poland. I have installed the 3CX and cannot make any phonecall. The signal is always busy. Thank You for the help.
