Encountered this problem when calling from the phone app to another app, quiet sound in both directions, version 16.0.9. Tell me how to fix this right now? or where to look for this setting?

Hi!

For incoming audio volume, you need to use the built in Volume Up/Down button of the phone.

For the audio volume you send from the App to the remote party, in the App --> Settings --> Advanced, you can try adjusting the Microphone Gain option.
Additionally, you can also try toggling the option in the "Audio Subsystem API".

Are you having this problem on IOS only?

This problem on all devices.

For Android you can try what was mentioned above.

For IOS, unfortunately there is no way to increase the volume of the Microphone.
