vtigercrm 3cx 18

Hi,
does anybody realized an integration with 3cx 18 and vtigercrm using the template provided by default. if I use version 16 everything works, if I use version 18 it doesn't.
any suggestion should be appreciated.

I am trying to use a version of vtiger 7.3 and if I use v16 I can log calls just following the documentation you have provided on website. Instead if I try to use version 18 on the same vtiger version. I have an error abd I can't have telephone calls as new 3cx contacts and if I try to use test button it returns me that can't communicate

It seems you're using an old Vtiger version which doesn't support the REST API. In v18 we moved from the "webservice.php" API to the new REST API. This was recommended by Vtiger because the old API will not be supported anymore shortly. As a result, you will need to upgrade your Vtiger installation in order to use the new integration.

I use vtiger last version for Community edition that is 7.4, no way to change it.

Sorry, the integration will not work with that version. We require the new REST API provided by Vtiger with online subscriptions.

The old one (modified for V18 new variables and scenarios) could work tho.

@GrazianoGalantino See the attached file. It will not work on V18 before you edit it. We had an old backup of the file in our stuff. Note that this template is not supported by either us or 3CX. You will need to modify it yourself and test it. You will also need to rename the file and change the Name attribute of the main XML node so that it doesn't overwrite the 3CX-provided one.

I also trying to use vtiger opensource 7.2 version with 3cx-version-18.
I downloaded the above vtiger xml file, i want to edit it to support community API.

if somebody help on this, how can we do necessary changes or anyone have updated file, Please share here.

I have used a template provided by someone else in the chat then I have edited just the template and changed the name of the template. now it works with 7.4

The template for VTiger Webservice will not work as expected on v18 until you make some modifications to it. Some parts may work but not everything as it's supposed to.
